The Garden Ibiza is located in an exceptional spot in the small and quiet village of Jesús, on the east side of Ibiza.
The complex is divided into two areas: the north, destined for nine high-class homes with their services, and the south, where a large private garden is planned for strolling and relaxing, a few meters from the Ses Feixes natural park that is of important ecological, scenic and historical value.

The architectural project, focused on minimal environmental impact, uses the power of materials and takes into account the elements of the climate and terrain, such as cross ventilation, which reduces energy consumption, or the south orientation, which enables the use of outdoor spaces all year round.

In the northern area of The Garden Ibiza stands the building that houses the nine apartments. Its design is contemporary, elegant, efficient and practical. The size and layout of each unit vary according to height and location, with a surface area of between 100 and 200 m₂ plus terraces, kitchens open to the living/dining room, two or three bedrooms and up to three bathrooms. All have a veranda and/or open terra ce with magnificen t views, elevator access, under ground parking with private storage room and EV charging point.

Communal Areas

The communal areas include a large swimming pool that reflects the sky and the surrounding elements, together with a solarium area and various landscaped gardens.
In the southern area, facing Dalt Vila, there is a large garden of 900 m₂ populated by vegetation indigenous to the island and surrounded by the pure nature of Seis Feixes. A really beautiful place to stroll and talk, with a meditation and relaxation area.

Location

The Garden Ibiza is located in the east of Ibiza, in the village of Jesús (municipality of Santa Eulalia des Riu), a small, beautiful and quiet village of single-family houses, with inhabitants of international origin and high purchasing power.
The property is very well located, with direct views to Dalt Vila (old town and iconic image of Ibiza) and in front of Ses Feixes, a great green lung of the city with reed beds frequented by migratory birds and wildlife, an emblematic and unique space for its ancient irrigation system of Muslim heritage.

The properties are located 3 minutes by car from Talamanca beach, 5 minutes from the center of Ibiza, 10 minutes from the airport and a short walk from La Marina, which can be reached by the Camí de s'Horta, a gravel road that passes by the front door and is very pleasant for getting around the area and practicing sports.
